Last updated: 27 Oct 2026

Overview

We stand behind our work. If something is wrong with how we installed your glass, we will make it right. This page explains what the warranty covers, what it does not, and how to ask for help. Warranty length: [duration, for example lifetime or X years].

What we cover

  • Water or air leaks caused by our installation.
  • Wind noise caused by our installation.
  • Glass that fails because of a manufacturing defect. [Confirm]
  • Trim, molding, or sensors we installed that were not set correctly.
  • ADAS calibration we performed. [Confirm coverage and window]

What we do not cover

  • New chips or cracks from rocks, debris, or impact.
  • Damage from accidents, break-ins, vandalism, or severe weather.
  • Rust or damage that was already on the vehicle’s frame.
  • Damage from changes made to the vehicle after our visit.
  • Problems that come from not following our aftercare instructions.

Aftercare

The adhesive needs time to cure. For the first [hours] after install, keep retaining tape in place, leave a window cracked if we tell you to, and avoid car washes and slamming doors. Your technician will give you the full list at your appointment.

How to make a claim

  • Call us at (941) 203-0139 or send a message through our contact page.
  • Give us your name, vehicle, and the date of service. Your invoice helps.
  • We review the issue and book an inspection.
  • If the issue is covered, we repair or replace the glass at no cost to you.

Transfers and limits

[Confirm: is the warranty transferable to a new owner?] Where the law allows, our warranty covers repair or replacement of the covered work and not other costs. [Legal review]
